Learn How To Open Zero Balance Bank Accounts Online Using Only Your Aadhar and PAN Card - Banks That Let's You Open Zero Balance Account Online

Nowadays we all look for banking services who let us open Zero Balance (Zero A/c maintenance charges) Bank Account Online, but if you search for that on Google? You'll see almost all the banks are offering same services but that's not true at all even it's very confusing which banks to choose. I mean, if I talk about myself? I'll check two main things, first I'll look for the bank who offer zero balance account and second I'll look for if I can open that bank account online using their site/app so I don't needed to visit the bank. That's how, you can open a bank account online only in a few minutes no matter how you do that.

If you search for those kinds of banks, they all offers same services but when you look closely at their T&C then you'll see they've several exceptions on that. Some will ask you for a fixed deposit, some will still charge you like the any other basic bank accounts etc. Previously, I needed to open a bank account instantly online with zero account balance (Zero A/c maintenance charges) option which I can activate right away and start using it so I browse through several banking options but I actually find out that there are only a few banks who provides you that kinds of services so here I am sharing some info with you.

Whenever you look for that kind of banking services, you shouldn't only see which bank offers zero balance account options. You should also see their full terms or full T&C cause whether they offer you that services? Some banks still charge you anyhow, whether via debit card charges, one time fee etc. and that happened with me earlier. Few years ago, Indian PM also declared that all the banks has to offer the zero account balance saving account as per the 'Jan Dhan Yojana', then all the banks started offering such services but now there are only few banks left who actually offer this services. So, you should see whenever you consider opening account with any bank cause they may've some exceptions on this.

Here are the Following banks, which offers the saving account with zero maintenance fee and I've personally used all of the below banking services.

List of Banks That Actually Offers Zero Balance Bank Account Using Your Aadhar Card and PAN Cards (KYC) -

AU Small Finance Bank - AU Abhi: It's actually a Australian bank and personally I figure out this bank provides great services and you can access their services with zero A/c maintenance charges. This bank has the saving account option called 'AU Abhi', where you only have to do is, install their AU Abhi App mobile app, sign up with your phone number/Email etc. Once you signed-up on the mobile app, you'll have to complete the KYC using your Aadhar card (Keep in mind your Aadhar card should be linked with your phone number to verify the KYC via OPT) and PAN card.

Via their BSBDA is a zero-balance account, you can get the features like 2.5% Interest annually on balance maintained in your savings account, Free account statement, 4 free debit transactions per month, Free Visa Classic Debit Card on request etc. I personally don't recommend this bank account option as because, they've mentioned that there are zero maintenance charges but previously they deducted sum of 587 INR from my account and they stated that these are the one time charges only. So, you should see all of their T&C first, before proceed to opening account with this bank.

Kotak Mahindra Bank:811 Digital Bank - Probably you've have already heard of this banking service provider who offers full service digital Bank account given to you within the convenience of the app. With zero charges on non-maintenance of balance. Just download their app from the app store, sign-up, finish the KYC using your Aadhar and PAN, enjoy the features like 4% interest p.a., 811 virtual debit card etc. They also have lots of other features on their mobile app which you can use to do almost anything like recharge, pay bills, credit cards, travel, shopping, Fast Tag, investments, insurance and & more. But I also don't recommend this banking services as because they've very poor customer support services. If you open and access their bank account features and face no issues? then it'll be fine but if you need anything like need any support services? Then, I think you will prefer using any other bank instead wasting time on this.

It's On You To Choose Which Bank You Wanted To Use With Zero Maintenance Charges -

I've honestly spend much time of finding the best banking services with features like these but I am pretty sure that you won't be able to find any other banks who offers same services like these as mentioned above. You may find some other banks like Axis bank, IndusInd, Baroda, ICICI but truest me; they don't offer things like these. They may've mentioned into their site that they offer such services but when you'll look closer into their T&C then you may find some weird conditions. For example: Some other banks like IndusInd offer zero maintenance charges on the saving account but they'll charge you 300 per annum for debit card services, then what's the point of term 'zero maintenance'?
So, if you ever need banking services with 0 charges? consider using banking services from the list I prepared on this post.
